1. By using the Classified section of this Site you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The Wolseley Car Club of QLD provides a free internet based marketplace to its Members where:
- Sellers advertise for sale to potential Buyers items, products or services; and
- Buyers are able to directly contact Sellers to negotiate by a private treaty a sale of the items, products or services advertised by the Seller; or
- If the Seller is a Retail Seller, a Buyer can purchase the items products or services directly from the Retail Seller.
3. Buyers and Sellers acknowledge and agree that the Wolseley Car Club of QLD is not a party to any private treaty sale between a Buyer and a Seller for an item, product or service offered for sale in an advertisement placed by a Seller on the Site.
4. Wolseley Car Club of QLD:
- Does not warrant the title to the items or products or services offered for sale by the Sellers on the Site; or
- The authenticity or accuracy of the information in the advertisements placed on the Site by Sellers; and
- Shall not be liable to a Buyer, end user or any other party for inaccuracies, omissions or otherwise misleading content of the advertisements placed on the Site by Sellers including as to suitability and fitness for purpose.
5. By using this Site Buyers represent and warrant to the Wolseley Car Club of QLD that they have relied solely upon their own enquiries and investigations in purchasing any item, product for service offered for sale by the Sellers on the Site including as to suitability and fitness for purpose, and not upon any representation or information from the Wolseley Car Club of QLD.
